While truth inevitably always wins, the victory can sometimes come at great cost to the culture. Consider what the cost was for Nazi Germany to refute Nazi ideology during WW2 – the country was destroyed. Our culture stands at a precipice with educated professionals and politicians now forced to publicly embrace insanity.

Prayerfully, may Christians be as courageous and determined as Sally Grover to defend reality and refute insanity. While common sense is a powerful ally, we must ultimately stand on the bedrock of Scripture, affirming the truth and reality of Genesis 1:27. If we jettison the Biblical truth of male and female, we reject millenia of common sense and Biblical truth, and slide down the rabbit hole into a nightmarish Wonderland where anything becomes possible. Reality becomes whatever one deems, no matter how insane.

Satan is well aware that he cannot possibly directly attack God. Thus, his next best option is to attack the crowning achievement of God’s Creation, the only part of Creation said to be in the image of God (Gen 1:27). Instead of attacking God, Satan has unleashed a ferocious attack on His image. The emergence of transgender ideology is his figurative nuclear weapon.
