Regarding yesterday’s disturbing news article that Massachusetts had legalized abortion up to the moment of birth, the Babylon Bee shines a light on it here like only it can.

Governor Maura Healey signed into law House Bill 5595 this morning, legalizing abortion in the state of Massachusetts up until a child enters Kindergarten. The new statute would allow mothers five years to bond with their baby before deciding if they would like to murder them.

“It’s a great day for women’s healthcare,” said Governor Healey. “The decision to murder your toddler is back where it should be: between the mother and her doctor. No longer will the government force its way into these conversations where it doesn’t belong, saying things like, ‘Hey, you can’t dismember your own four-year-old.’ The long, dystopian nightmare where women do not have autonomy over their own bodies — including the autonomy to use their bodies to murder a toddler — is finally over . . .”
