The act of a mother killing her child is called filicide. As our culture disintegrates, we are now witnessing the increasing emergence of this atrocity. On the heels of Lindsay Clancy tragedy, yet another woman killed her two children as a different Massachusetts mother accused of strangling her two young children asked the Judge to set her free and dismiss the murder case. In another case, Kailey Erhart, a North Dakota mother is accused of killing children.

The rise of this atrocity (known as filicide) is the spawn of the nihilistic worldview that enabled and encouraged abortion, even up to the moment of birth. There is no ethical difference between butchering a baby in the womb, the birth canal before delivery – and outside the womb. One enables and justifies the other . . . and women are beginning to understand this. As the culture freefalls into paganism, we hear dark echoes of the infanticide practiced in the Roman Empire.

Only a return to the Biblical worldview can stop the insanity.
