A lot of Europeans are in America right now for the first time, attending the World Cup. Sometimes we need an outside perspective to grasp how truly blessed we are in America. This video does precisely that. Here’s anther one. Psalm 103:2 exhorts, “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits,” reminding us to remember and appreciate our blessings.

It’s all too easy for those who have lived in America all their lives to take for granted the extraordinary blessings of life in America. But having grown up overseas and travelled extensively in other countries, I am keenly aware of the divine blessings upon America.
