Something remarkable is happening with the World Cup which is being hosted in America this year.

1st) Visitors from all over the world are realizing they have been lied to by the world’s greatest propaganda machine – the mainstream media which incessantly portrays America as the cause of all turmoil and evil in the world and portrays Americans as cold, selfish and violent. In contrast, millions of visitors from other countries are experiencing unprecedented kindness, love and hospitality in America . . . and freedom that does not exist in their home countries. The videos they are uploading on social media are devastating to the propaganda that the mainstream media regularly vomits forth. A young European woman has a video asking if anyone is willing to adapt her so she can live in America. A British couple declares that upon their return to London they are going to inititate the visa process to move to America. John 8:32 states, “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” The most feared weapon of the mainstream media is truth and the internet has broken its stranglehold. 2nd) Americans are now coalescing together and beginning to have a new appreciation for the divine blessings bestowed upon this country. As I wrote here yesterday, sometimes it takes an outside perspective to open one’s eyes to reality. Having grown up overseas and travelled extensively internationally, I am well aware that America is truly blessed in a very special sense. Similarly, the church needs to remember the extraordinary blessings bestowed upon us by Christ. We need to collectively remember Hebrews 10:35 – “So do not throw away your confidence; it holds a great reward.” This verse emphasizes the importance of maintaining our faith and freedom in Christ.
